Listing Packages

Our founding principle is to keep the home selling process as simple and affordable as possible while providing a high level of service. With that in mind we have one base listing package and one optional upgrade.

Base Listing (Flat Fee MLS) $499

  • 6 Month listing on the South Central WI Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Listing term ends upon sale, expiration or cancellation.
  • Listing on madcityhomes.com, wisconsinhomes.com, zillow.com, trulia.com, realtor.com, most local Realtor sites and other local & national real estate related sites (see National list here).
  • Unique MLS ID number.
  • Digital home photos (Max of 25 in MLS) taken with our wide angle Nikon and Canon cameras. Includes Photoshop color correction. You are free to save/use all photos or supply your own.
  • Comparable sales summary.
  • Yard sign rental (includes your phone #).
  • Optional ShowingTime email showing request with agent feedback www.showingtime.com.
  • Printable property data sheets.
  • Key lockbox rental included in most areas.
  • Agent walk-through required by state law.

Broker Assistance upgrade 1.25%

Optional Upgrade

Want help? Our licensed real estate brokers are available 7 days a week to assist with offers and guide you through a successful closing. The fee for this service is 1.25% (paid at closing). You can upgrade your base listing at any time.

Plus Services Include:

  • We handle all negotiations between you and the buyer or the agent working with the buyer.
  • We accept and present all offers. Offers will be delivered directly to Madcity Homes. Upon receiving an offer, we will email you our notes and thoughts about the offer. Once you have had a chance to review the offer and our commentary, you can contact us with your questions and concerns.
  • We prepare all necessary counter offers, amendments, addendums and notices.
  • We hold earnest money in our trust account if needed.
  • We schedule the closing at a local title company and assist in ordering title work/title commitment insurance - we do not attend closing.
  • We review the settlement statement with you prior to closing.
  • We post the seller disclosure documents in the MLS.
