Optional Upgrade
For an additional fee of $900 paid at closing we will:
- Accept and present all offers. Offers will be delivered directly to Madcity Homes. We will contact you and arrange a time to discuss the merits of each offer.
- Assist in preparing counter offers.
- Handle all negotiations between you and the buyer or the agent working with the buyer.
- Schedule the closing - we do not attend closing.
- Assist in ordering title work/title commitment insurance.
- Hold earnest money in our trust account if needed.
The Flat Fee Plus upgrade does not include any additional advertising and is not intended as a substitute for an attorney review.
Available for properties in Dane County only (other counties may be added at a later date).
