We founded Madcity Homes in July 2002 as an alternative to full service realty companies. Our Flat Fee MLS listings are the best of both the "for sale by owner" and "traditional realty" worlds. We offer full MLS exposure without
the high listing commission, plus you retain the right to sell it to a fsbo buyer and pay no commission. Just think, no listing agents to pay and you interact directly with buyers and buyers/sellers agents yourself. It's a novel
approach that has proven wildly successful. We don't intend to replace traditional agents, only offer less expensive alternatives.
Our typical clients are proactive, price conscious home owners who would rather retain control over the selling process
and preserve their home equity than spend it on concierge-type real estate services.
